Shipping and Return Policy
If any NSI product is not 100% satisfactory, you can return the unopened product within 30 days for a credit or refund of purchase price by following the instructions below. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Please allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. Any merchandise you would like to return must be accompanied by a copy of your NSI invoice or receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items, we recommend using UPS or FedEx to return items. If you received merchandise on our error, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.
All closeout items are limited quantity items and are final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Instructions to return a product:
If you would like to return an NSI product purchased on nsinails.com you can call in and talk to one of our customer service representatives or, you can fill out the online Return Form. To access the return form on the website please follow the steps below.
- Log into your nsinails.com account and go to the “Account” tab on the top menu bar.
- Once in “My Account”, you will see a list of all your completed orders. Click on the “View” button of the desired order.
- After the order summary, you will see a “Return” button. Click on it.
- Fill out the form and one of our customer service representatives will contact you within the next Business Day.
This return policy only applies to items purchased on the NSI website, nsinails.com. If you have a problem with a product purchased from a local distributor please contact the place of purchase. Nsinails.com currently only ships in the United States, but if you are located outside the United States we have a vast network of distributors that sell our products. NSI DISTRIBUTORS
If you would like to exchange an unopened product you have up to 30 days to make an item exchange. You can only exchange an item for an item of equal value. To make an exchange you must provide a copy of your NSI invoice or receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanged items, we recommend using UPS or FedEx to exchange items.
Damaged or defective products
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality nail care products. If you receive any damaged or defective products in your purchase from nsinails.com we will gladly replace the item absolutely free, within 30 days of initial purchase. We will request proof of purchase and to have the defective product returned to us. We will reimburse you the cost of shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you have a damaged or defective product you would like to replace please contact our customer service department and we will assist you further.
NSInails.com only accepts and ships orders within the 48 continental United States*. If you are looking to order outside of the US, please contact your local distributor. All orders placed on www.nsinails.com are processed for UPS Ground Shipping.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 – 6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Shipping is standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Orders processed outside of the contiguous US will be subject to the full cost for shipping.
Shipping is standard U.S. ground shipping to street addresses only. Orders Processed with a PO BOX will receive a return phone call, email, or communication, asking to supply a different shipping address.
Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed and ship Monday – Friday within 2 business day, with the exception of holidays in which our facility is closed. (Only applies to products in stock at the time the order is placed.)
Our facility is closed and will not ship or process orders on the following Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
Orders placed on the listed holidays will processed on the next full business day. Any time our facility is closed for a period of time not listed, we will alert customers prior to closing via email as well as posting a shop bulletin on the website shop pages.
