Return form

Please fill out the below form to return or exchange items purchased from nsinails.com. A customer service representative will follow up with your request within the next business day. Please have your proof of purchase handy for when customer service contacts you. Please also include a copy of your proof of purchase in your return shipment. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned or exchanged items, we recommend using UPS or FedEx. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.

All closeout items are limited quantity items and are final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
